Marta Camps PhD

My name is Marta Camps, lecturer in art and transdisciplinary projects at BAU, College of Arts and Design of Barcelona. I have a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Barcelona and a Master’s degree in Art Theory and Criticism from the same university and a Master’s degree in Creative Intelligence from Mercedes Boronat. I have a PhD in Pedagogical Innovation from the University of Vic (UVIC-UCC). My research focuses on how we learn and teach creative practices, what I call knowledge in action. I welcome and practice research and experimentation in projects based on arts and design practices where the disciplinary boundaries of knowledge are blurred and where social action is meaningful.

I research about the way we learn and teach creative practices, what I call knowledge in action. I embrace and practice research and experimentation in projects that are based on art and design practices – where the disciplinary boundaries of knowledge are blurred and where social action is meaningful.

I support doctoral theses on topics related to pedagogical innovation and creativity.
