Teresa Martínez, Tere. Post modernitat gràfica

Teresa Martínez Figuerola (Barcelona, 1953) has been a graphic designer, design historian, and teacher. She began her career as a graphic and advertising designer at the end of the 1970s, consolidating her presence from the 1980s onwards. These were the years of the boom in graphic design in Spain; a time of social change and of the implementation of graphic modernity, both within institutional circles and in the business world.

Teresa Martínez, Tere. Postmodernitat gràfica is the catalogue of the exhibit that BAU, College of Arts and Design of Barcelona organised as a tribute to her in recognition of her contribution as a graphic designer, teacher, and driving force in design research. The catalogue includes the texts of the curators of the exhibit, M. Àngels Fortea PhD and Jaume Pujagut, and of Elisabeth Plantada, the director of the Centre.
