Claudio Marzà

I am Claudio Marzà, a graduate in fashion design with Honors from BAU, University Center for Arts and Design in Barcelona, and I hold a Master’s degree in Digital Arts from Pompeu Fabra University.

Currently, I teach at BAU in the Fashion Department and in the Master’s in Fashion Design and Technology, focusing on subjects related to the creative development and research in fashion, as well as the application of digital tools to these processes.

Professionally, I collaborate with brands, designers, and artists on projects related to fashion design research and the development of projects using digital tools and virtual prototyping.

My doctoral research analyzes how the influence and transfer of aesthetics occur between the virtual and physical realms, examining sociopolitical factors linked to new technological tools oriented towards virtual contexts in the field of fashion and clothing.
