Marina Salazar

I am the founder of No Queda Tinte, a PhD student and lecturer at BAU, College of Arts and Design of Barcelona.

I have a degree in Graphic Design and a Master’s Degree in Design Research and Experimentation (BAU).

I do research on objects through my personal art project ‘Lovjects’. I hack and transform pieces recovered from antique shops. I research pongos as containers of power and research tools from which to look at the world I try to create awareness of things, to give voice to disobedient objects and to look at errors as a great creative success. I am interested in processes, documentation, the recording of processes and I propose alternative paths through humour, criticism, matter, play, magic, and shiny and glossy things.

My thesis is supervised by PhD. M. Àngels Fortea and PhD. Carla Boserman.
