Tim Cowlishaw

I am Tim Cowlishaw, artist, researcher and PhD student on the Design and Communication Programme.

I work in the field of digital design and interaction design. I have a BA in Audiovisuals from Ravensbourne College in the UK, and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from University College London.

I am researching the social role of waste: what and how we throw away in the digital world, and what we can learn through social studies of waste and litter to design digital services that are more sustainable and humane.
