Why give up life after having created one? Mamalyona was created out of this reflection. As young mothers we train through a simulated process of collective entrepreneurship, without giving up the upbringing of our children.
As Mamalyona we have created a common space for commitments. It is a space to share illusions, challenges and anxieties at a time when it seems that the world stops with the arrival of a baby. We have decided to be the engine of our own change, supported by the Asociación Bienestar y Desarrollo and BAU.
At BAU we have learned textile product design, pattern making, tailoring and machine use, printing, silk-screen printing… And with ABD we have worked on care management and conciliation, communication, social economy and marketing. The project has strengthened our skills & abilities and helped us to become aware and empowered.
